We are a reformer Pilates and yoga studio, a ceremonial matcha bar, and a curated lifestyle shop.
All under one roof, all under one world.
The name is synergy.
The integration of things that do not usually belong together.
The feral and the disciplined. The chaotic and the considered.
The night out and the morning after.
We believe these things do not cancel each other out : they make each other richer.
We built SYN for the woman who goes feral one night and does Pilates the next morning.
The one who has a green juice on her desk and red wine on her table. The one who takes her wellness seriously without taking herself too seriously. She has spent years walking into studios that asked her to be one version of herself. SYN does not do that.
This is a members' club.
Access is by referral.
The space is maximalist, warm, and deliberately unlike anything else.
It feels like a private home. It feels like yours.
